Based on the selected product category and solution type, please clearly specify your basic requirements in the initial information and leave your contact details. This will help us accelerate our evaluation process and provide timely assistance.
Step 3
Technical Evaluation
Once your requirements have been clearly confirmed, we will arrange the most appropriate technical, business, and consulting personnel to conduct an online or on-site technical discussion with you.
After assessing the feasibility of the proposed solution, we will provide a technical evaluation summary, including product recommendations, an estimated project timeline, and a preliminary indicative quotation.
Step 4
Showroom Appointment
We will tailor a visit to our Hsinchu Showroom and invite you to experience GENII IDEAS’ products and solutions firsthand. Based on your submitted requirements, this visit will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of the products and their integration feasibility within an actual operating environment.
Step 5
Signing of NDA and Related Agreements
Standard NDA documents or customized agreements are provided to ensure the confidentiality of both parties’ technical and commercial information, after which the formal order and design process will commence.
Step 6
Provision of Formal Product and Solution Quotation
Product technical specifications and a formal quotation will be submitted. Should there be any questions, differences of opinion, or points requiring clarification, either party may schedule an online or on-site meeting to discuss the details.
Step 7
Manufacturing and Production Process
GENII IDEAS possesses strong core technologies across multiple fields, including laser optics, precision machining, materials science, automatic control, and intelligent system integration, ensuring both manufacturing precision and production efficiency. The designated account manager will maintain ongoing communication with you throughout the process.

After product delivery, our professional after-sales service team will assist you in becoming familiar with the operating instructions, and will respond promptly and diligently to resolve any technical issues.
